​All Guild administration is conducted on a voluntary basis.
STAYING IN TOUCH

We are 100 percent dependant on email addresses for staying in touch with you so please keep us up to date. If you change your email address let us know.
BINDERY SAFETY
To be covered by our insurance policy, you must:

Sign in when you enter the bindery and sign out when you leave.

Always wear closed-in shoes, NO sandals.

Use equipment only if you have received instruction from a monitor or teacher.
CHANGING YOUR ENROLMENT
The following policy applies:

If you withdraw from a course less than 72 hours prior to the start, you may have a credit. No refund will be offered.

If you withdraw from a course more than 72 hours prior to the start, you may have a credit or choose to receive a full refund.

If you withdraw after the course begins, you are not entitled to a credit or refund.

In cases where you are unable to attend due to illness or injury, you may receive a credit.
COURSE CANCELLATION
We rarely cancel a course. However, if we do have to cancel, you will be entitled to either a credit or full refund of the course fee.
CREDITS
If you have a credit, you may use it for a new enrolment in the same course, in another course for the same value, or part payment towards a course of greater value.
AGE LIMITATION
The Guild provides short courses for adults, therefore under-18s are not typically permitted to enrol. A person between the ages 15-18 may only enrol in a course if discussed with and consented by the tutor.
PRICING
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. An invoice will be issued on successful enrolment or purchase.
PRIVACY
We do not track your activity on the website or engagement with the newsletter. We do not collect or store any data. No personal information is ever or will ever be disclosed to un-authorised persons or organisations.
SECONDARY MARKETING
We do not allow the use of your information for any marketing unrelated to the Guild.
